RCF Ltd., on behalf of the Department of Fertilizers (DOF) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has issued a new tender for the purchase of Prilled or Granular Urea (46% Nitrogen) in bulk. The urea will be delivered to an Indian port by November 20, 2024.
This RCF urea tender invites sealed offers from global bidders. Producers (Category I) can only submit bids on an FOB (Free on Board) basis. Meanwhile, traders (Category II and III) must submit both FOB and CFR (Cost and Freight) offers. Any bid submitted only on CFR terms will be rejected if it doesn’t include an FOB price.
The bid deadline is October 3, 2024. RCF Ltd. reserves the right to accept offers on either an FOB or CFR basis, or to reject all bids.
