FACT NPK 15:15:15 Tender 2025: Global Bids for Fertilizer Supply
The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), a Government of India enterprise, has announced the FACT NPK 15:15:15 Tender 2025. Through this tender, the company invites global suppliers to provide bulk shipments of NPK 15:15:15 (Nitrophosphate with Potash), a key complex fertilizer under FCO standards.
Tender Quantity and Scope
FACT plans to procure up to 50,000 MT ±10% of NPK 15:15:15 in loose bulk. However, suppliers may also quote for smaller parcels. To ensure timely supply, FACT can award contracts to multiple bidders if necessary.
Shipment and Ports
The fertilizer will be imported through either New Mangalore Port (8,000 MT PWWD SHEXEIU, 10.5 m draft) or Tuticorin Port (7,000 MT PWWD SHEXEIU, 11.0 m draft). Suppliers must complete shipment by November 15, 2025. If they cannot meet the date, they may offer the nearest available schedule, which FACT may consider.
Key Tender Conditions

Bidders must quote both FOB and CFR prices.
FACT strongly prefers a 180-day credit period; shorter terms will be evaluated with interest adjustments.
An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of USD 1 per MT is mandatory, except for producers and qualified traders.
Offers must stay valid for 10 days from the date of bid opening.
Suppliers must prove experience of handling at least 20,000 MT bulk fertilizer or dry cargo shipments in the last five years.

Compliance Requirements
Suppliers from countries sharing land borders with India can participate only if they hold valid registration with the Government of India’s Competent Authority under the Ministry of Finance procurement rules.
