New Delhi, November 5, 2025: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has announced the appointment of Shri Megh Nath Goyal as Director (Technical) on its Board, effective November 5, 2025.
The appointment follows an order issued by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India (Order No. 82/1/2021-HR-PSU dated November 4, 2025).
As part of this change, Ms. Ritu Goswami, who was holding the additional charge of Director (Technical), has relinquished her role with effect from the same date.
Profile of Shri Megh Nath Goyal
Shri Goyal is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Roorkee.
He brings over 33 years of experience in process plant maintenance, project execution, and process management in various fertilizer manufacturing units of NFL.
Before his appointment to the Board, he served as Executive Director (Nangal Unit Head) at National Fertilizers Limited, where he played a key role in achieving operational excellence and leading diversification projects in the fertilizer sector.
He will serve as Director (Technical) until his superannuation on May 31, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
