RCF senior management changes were announced by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) following a disclosure made to stock exchanges on January 1, 2026.
According to the filing, the company has appointed Shri T. Charles as General Manager (TS/Lab/PHS/F&S) at its Thal unit, effective January 1, 2026. He holds an M.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Shri Charles joined RCF in 1993 as a Management Trainee and has over 32 years of experience. During his career, he has worked in departments such as Technical Services, Central Chemical Laboratory, Fire & Safety, and Plant Health Services.
RCF has also appointed Shri Parag Ashok Dandekar as General Manager (Purchase). He is a BE in Instrumentation Engineering and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from JBIMS, Mumbai. He joined RCF in January 1993 and brings more than three decades of experience across plant instrumentation, bagging and material handling, purchase, commercial operations, corporate communication, CSR, and vigilance functions.
Alongside these appointments, the company informed that Shri Devendra D. Dafe, General Manager (HSE/SGP/GTG/EES), and Shri Dharmendra M. Ramteke, General Manager (HRD), have retired upon superannuation.
RCF stated that these changes are part of regular leadership transitions within the organization. The company continues to focus on operational stability and governance while strengthening its management structure.
