Brazil UFN-III Fertilizer Plant is moving forward after Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva signed contracts to complete the long-delayed nitrogen fertilizer facility in Três Lagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul. The project forms part of Brazil’s New Growth Acceleration Program (PAC) and will receive investments exceeding BRL 5 billion
