FACT CMD tenure completion has been announced by The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) through a regulatory filing made to stock exchanges on January 1, 2026.
According to the disclosure, Shri S. C. Mudgerikar has ceased to be the Chairman and Managing Director (Additional Charge) of the company with effect from January 1, 2026. His cessation follows the completion of his tenure and superannuation.
