FACT NPK 15:15:15 tender has been issued by The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) for the bulk supply of complex fertilizer NPK 15:15:15. Under the FACT NPK 15:15:15 tender, the company plans to procure 50,000 metric tonnes (±10%) of material through an open e-tender on the Government of India’s Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).
The fertilizer must comply with the latest Fertilizer Control Order (FCO) specifications and should be supplied in loose bulk. The total nitrogen content should be in both ammoniacal and nitrate forms, as per Schedule I, Part A of the FCO norms.
FACT has planned a two-port discharge for the shipment. The first port of discharge will be Tuticorin for around 20,000 MT, followed by New Mangalore Port for approximately 30,000 MT, including quantity variation. The maximum discharge rate at both ports is set at 10,000 MT per weather working day, subject to port conditions.
As per the tender schedule, the last date of shipment at the load port is on or before 10 March 2026. Bidders are required to quote both FOB and CFR prices, failing which the bid will be rejected. FACT has also advised bidders to offer a credit period of 180 days, which will be considered during bid evaluation.
The tender eligibility is open to manufacturers, producers, and traders with proven experience of supplying at least one bulk shipment of 20,000 MT or more during the last five years. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of USD 1 per metric tonne is applicable, with exemptions available for eligible manufacturers and experienced suppliers.
The last date for bid submission is 27 January 2026 at 14:00 hrs IST, and bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hrs IST. FACT has stated that post-bid clarifications on price or commercial terms will not be accepted.
