FACT plans to import about 34,000 tonnes of phosphoric acid solution in three consignments early next year:

Pricing and evaluation

Bidders must quote on a 100 % P₂O₅ CFR basis with a 30-day credit term.

  • “α” denotes any premium or discount offered and will remain fixed through the contract.

  • Evaluation will consider total landed cost at Cochin Port, including freight, insurance, and port charges.

The successful bidder (L-1) will be determined based on the lowest evaluated CFR price, adjusted for α and demurrage terms.

Eligibility criteria

To qualify under the FACT phosphoric acid import plan, bidders must meet one of the following:

  • Manufacturers producing at least 25,000 t (100 % P₂O₅) per year with proof of at least one 10,000 t CFR shipment in the last three years; or

All participants must comply with India’s public-procurement guidelines concerning suppliers from nations sharing a land border with India.
