RCF CMD appointment has been announced by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) following a disclosure made to stock exchanges on January 1, 2026.
The company informed that Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh , Director (Finance), has assumed additional charge as Chairperson and Managing Director of RCF with effect from January 1, 2026 (forenoon).
RCF also disclosed that Shri S. C. Mudgerikar has superannuated from the services of the company on December 31, 2025, and has consequently ceased to be Chairman and Managing Director with effect from January 1, 2026.
Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. She began her career with RCF in 1989 as an Accounts Officer and has over three decades of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and corporate functions within the fertilizer sector.
During her career, she has handled key responsibilities related to fertilizer marketing, corporate finance, IT systems, and SAP ERP implementation. She has also served as Director (Finance) at the National Film Development Corporation and held additional charge as Managing Director of NFDC for a brief period.
RCF stated that the appointment and cessation have been disclosed in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations and relevant circulars. The company confirmed that there is no relationship between directors and no regulatory debarment involved.
