Urea Supply Shahjahanpur Brings Relief to Farmers

Urea supply Shahjahanpur improved on Tuesday after two truckloads of fertiliser reached the cooperative society in Indepur village, under the Kant police station area. The arrival of urea brought much-needed relief to farmers who had faced shortages for the past week.

The administration arranged the supply to address growing concerns among farmers in the region.

Farmers Faced Shortage for a Week

For the last seven days, farmers in the area struggled to obtain urea fertiliser. The shortage put their standing crops at serious risk. Many farmers visited the cooperative society repeatedly over the past two to three days but returned empty-handed.

Due to the lack of fertiliser, several crops stood close to damage, increasing anxiety among farming families.

Farmers Receive Urea After Repeated Visits

Local farmers including Ram Asare, Ramautar, Jagpal, Munishwar, Raghubir, Sukhpal Singh, Chamanlal, Tej Bahadur, Arvind Kumar, Nanhe Lal, and Sukhbinder said they had been visiting the warehouse continuously for three days.

Expressing relief, they said, “The fertiliser arrived last night, and today we finally received urea.”

The urea supply Shahjahanpur has eased pressure on farmers during a critical crop stage.

Cooperative Confirms Receipt of Fertiliser

Farmers had earlier raised the issue with warehouse in-charge Naresh Babu, but the shortage continued. On Tuesday, Naresh Babu confirmed that the district administration supplied two truckloads of urea to the cooperative society.

He said officials are distributing the fertiliser strictly as per rules. According to him, the timely arrival of urea will help farmers protect their crops from further damage.

Administration Acts to Prevent Crop Loss

Officials said the improved urea supply Shahjahanpur will stabilise fertiliser availability in the coming days. The administration continues to monitor distribution to ensure fair access for all farmers.
