The Zambia Urea Plant has successfully produced its first batch of qualified urea, achieving a major milestone 44 days ahead of its planned schedule. The facility, located in Lusaka, Zambia, is considered the first modernized urea plant in Southeast Africa and is expected to strengthen fertilizer availability across the region.
